3. Size Selection & Order Responsibility
Customers are required to select the correct size before placing an order.
Orders placed with incorrect size selection are not eligible for refund.
THE KING’S DANCE is not responsible for size-related issues caused by customer error.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
We do not store or have access to your payment details.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refund Policy (No Returns)
No returns are accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds are issued only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a refund:
A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.
The video must clearly show the original sealed package and the damaged product.
Refund requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Refunds will not be provided for incorrect size selection.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
7. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed.
